Growing up in Canada, Jose Cruz spent his childhood summers in Guadalajara, Mexico with family friends. Here Cruz was immersed in the rich culture of traditional Mexican cuisine- from purchasing the fresh ingredients at street markets to stopping to grab a taco from the stands for a quick snack. Cruz wished to share these recipes in a cookbook

Our solution is to combine elements of tradition, location, and modernity to create a cookbook that is as fun, dynamic, and bold as the humble taco.
